Ann O'Connor, J.D., is the Founder and Director of The Center for Negotiation and Mediation Training and has over thirty-five years experience in teaching various Alternative Dispute Resolution courses and mediating a wide variety of civil cases. She is the principal trainer for the mediation training course.

The Center for Negotiation and Mediation Training provides mediation and conciliation services for all types of civil cases, specializing in personal injury, sexual harassment, workplace conflict, and contract disputes.

The Center also provides a basic Mediation Training course (33 - 40 hours) for those interested in learning the skills necessary to become an effective mediator. The Training course complies with the Mass. Supreme Judicial Court Rules 8 & 9 for neutrals. All co-trainers are experienced certified mediators, and most are attorneys as well.

Workshops in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skills are available for company managers, business groups and new lawyers.

Classes and Mediations are held in Lowell and Andover. Classes can also be scheduled at office locations as desired.
